I believe that in order to assist you develop a life-long practice and keep the momentum going so that you experience the benefits every day, you need meditation techniques that are tailored to suit you and someone to encourage you along the way.
I don’t teach a set meditation or dogma, I will show you a range of different meditation styles and exercises to practise daily so that you can decide which ones appeal to you.
Together we can discuss your meditation goals and work out a schedule to suit your lifestyle.
I can also provide recorded meditations for home practice and support via email or skype.
